LED lighting refers to the general term for lighting with LED fixtures, which is distinct from traditional lighting such as incandescent and energy-saving lamps. LED lighting continuously replaces traditional lighting. There are various classifications of LED lighting, with two main types being indoor and outdoor lighting. Indoor lighting requires high brightness, good color consistency, high color rendering index, and high versatility. Outdoor lighting requires high brightness, long life, and resistance to harsh environments. LED lighting is also classified by usage effects, such as commercial, engineering, home, hotel, and landscape lighting.
PC products achieve light diffusion effects by uniformly dispersing spherical light diffusing agents in PC resin to form an island structure. The difference in the refractive indices between PC resin and light diffusing agents causes light to reflect at the surface of the light diffusing agent, similar to a mirror-like reflection. After multiple reflections, the desired light diffusion effect is achieved. By adjusting the amount, particle size, and distribution of the light diffusing agent, the desired optical properties of the materials can be obtained, including total light transmittance, haze, and dispersion.
To meet the demands of the high-end market, SKYVERSE®PC products provide weather-resistant UL746C-F1 and 5VA flame-retardant grade products while ensuring excellent optical performance. Additionally, the products lead the lighting industry in the development and application of low-carbon recycling PCR products, with performance indicators comparable to those of virgin materials.
